Some days I feel 
My mind squeezing all traces of joy 
Out of my pores
Sweat of hilarity and humility 
Swirling down the toilet bowl 
Taking me with it
As my mind takes an express train 
Through the dark tunnel 
Jumping tracks 
Safety no longer hugging me tight 
Drama caressing my face 
Hate and fear embracing my heart 
Black with judgement 
Riddled with comparing 
My insides 
To your outsides
